• Membership is subject to availability and approval by Vaia Beach management
• Members must present valid identification and membership credentials upon entry
• Guest privileges are subject to member sponsorship and additional fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Liability & Insurance

While Vaia Beach takes reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety:

• Guests use facilities at their own risk
• Vaia Beach is not liable for personal injury except in cases of proven negligence
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the owner
• Guests are advised to secure appropriate insurance coverage
• Water activities are undertaken at the participant's own risk
